OG Kush
A foundational West Coast cultivar associated with lemon, pine, fuel and spice aromas. People commonly report relaxed, happy, euphoric, uplifted and hungry effects; experiences vary by person, dose and batch, and these reports are not medical claims.
Roots & history: OG Kush traces to 1990s Florida clone circles before Matt “Bubba” Berger brought a surviving cut to Josh Del Rosso in Los Angeles in 1996. Its exact pedigree is unverified: Chemdog, Lemon Thai and Hindu/Pakistani Kush are widely repeated possibilities, while other accounts point toward Triangle Kush. Even “OG” is disputed oral history—“Original,” “Ocean Grown” and “Original Gangster” all circulate.
Where it's found: Preserved in Southern California, it later spread to the Bay Area, the Emerald Triangle and regulated markets across North America and Europe. It appears in controlled indoor settings and suitably dry, warm outdoor environments; no growing instructions are provided here.
Approximate legal-market flower prices: 1 g $5–15 · 3.5 g $12–46 · 7 g $30–50 · 14 g $55–82 · 28 g/zip $97–105.
